In the article "Mr Mom," written by Tony Hicks. He explains the benefits and difficulties of the stay-at-home dad. The author tells that dads can work out better than the moms when they stay at home. Even though, he describes the benefits for the children’s if the dad stays at home; also, he says the difficulties that has the dad when he takes care of their children. In addition, the writer comments that the society is not ready to see dads who take care of their children. I am Carla Montes, I am originally from Venezuela and because of the situation there I move to Panamá 8 years ago. I studied 2 career simultaneously Advertising and Electronic Engineering. Them I got a Management Postgrade and later a MBA in Marketing. My hobbies are watch movies, series, read a good book, and I used to play tennis but since my daughters were born I have not had time for tennis and start doing crossfit until this year.
